Cindy Millan is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree from Oregon Health and Science University School of Nursing. Cindy joined PMC in 2020 and is native Spanish language speaker. Cindy is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners
