Jacqueline Eriksen, MD

Dr. Eriksen is a Family Physician. She is bilingual and has been with the clinic since 2000. She attended Medical School at OHSU and completed her residency at North Colorado Family Medicine Greeley, Colorado. She is board certified with the AAFP and a member of the Oregon Medical Association. As a primary care physician, I am committed to evidence based preventive care, including strong support for routine vaccinations and adherence to current AAP, AAFP, and ACP recommended immunization schedules for children, adolescents, and adults.
