Elizabeth Wright, MD
I attended the University of Washington School of Medicine through its WWAMI Montana program, then completed my family medicine residency at St. Mary’s in Grand Junction, Colorado. Since residency, I have practiced family medicine in Helena, Montana, and worked as a general practitioner in an underserved community in Cork, Ireland.
I love the breadth of family medicine and getting to know the people and families I care for. I am especially interested in preventive care and in understanding how a patient’s family and social life affect their health. When I’m away from the office, you might find me on a bicycle ride, hiking or camping, floating a river, listening to live music, playing golf or piano, reading, or sending a postcard from somewhere new.
As a primary care physician, I am committed to evidence based preventive care, including strong support for routine vaccinations and adherence to current AAP, AAFP, and ACP recommended immunization schedules for children, adolescents, and adults.
