Radiology is owned and operated by PMC and is open Monday – Friday from 9am-5:30pm and we close for Lunch from 12:45pm-1:45pm daily. If you are coming in for an x-ray, please arrive 30 minutes prior to our lunch or closing for the evening to ensure that we can get you in in a timelier fashion. We accept orders from outside providers as long as they are an MD, DO, PA, or FNP and in some cases from ND’s (if they are covered by your insurance) but we cannot perform x-ray orders from chiropractors.

In most cases it takes 1-3 business days for your doctor to receive the results from your x-rays.
No. X-rays are done on a walk-in basis and are not scheduled. If you are coming in for an x-ray, please arrive 30 minutes prior to our lunch or closing for the evening to ensure that we can get you in in a timelier fashion.
Upon arrival, check in at Reception A. Please have your insurance card, ID, and x-ray order (if coming from outside doctor). Once you have checked in the receptionist will direct you to the x-ray department.
To obtain a CD of your x-rays you need to head to the Radiology front desk at Willamette Valley Medical Center located diagonally across the street from us because we don’t have the ability to make CD’s of your images here. You will fill out a form (requesting what images and/or reports you would like) and present your photo ID. You can choose to wait for the CD to be made (takes about 10 min) or come back on a different day to pick it up.
It depends. Most exams take 10-20 min starting from the time you enter the door to the time you leave. Keep in mind your exam can take longer if you are having more than one x-ray exam.
